Las Vegas Strip Elopement Inspiration | New York New York Hotel
The coolest thing about Vegas is you can literally get married anywhere. I mean it – anywhere!
So if you want to say your vows on a bridge overlooking the Las Vegas Strip as people pass you by shouting, “Congratulations!” you can do exactly that! And Kaylani and Ernest showed us exactly how possible that is.
These two have been married for about 7 years by the time of this photo session, so we got them dressed up to celebrate in Vegas! Kaylani is a super successful influencer, and Ernest works in physical health and rehabilitation. They live in St. George, Utah (yes, they drove in for this session), with their three kiddos. Yeah, I know they don’t look old enough to have three kids, but it’s true! And all boys – bless them.
They renewed their vows overlooking the Las Vegas Strip as tourists and locals passed by congratulating them and cheering when they kissed! We popped some champagne in front of New York New York before celebrating with some pizza inside the casino. Hot tip for champagne pops: pre-pop the bottle before doing the photos. Especially when it’s hot outside, the pressure inside the bottle builds, and once you open the cage holding in the cork, it’ll fly off almost immediately. In some cases, this can mean hitting someone or being surprised by the cork, so it’s best to just pre-pop the bottle before the photos. When it came to this particular photo session, the cork flew off into the street. Thankfully there were no cars around, but it happened in an instant, and there would have been no way to prepare for it!
After drenching the sidewalk in champagne, we headed inside to grab a slice of pepperoni pizza and finish off the night! Vegas is known for its amazing food, so I always tell couples they should absolutely stop by their favorite restaurant on their wedding day!
