Low-Key Little White Chapel | Las Vegas Elopement
For this elopement session, let’s kick things off by heading back out to Seven Magic Mountains!
Amy and Will met in 2014 and knew straight away that they had found The One in each other. Now ten years, two pups, and lots of funky crafts later, they’ve decided to elope! This couple was so fun and quirky and I loved getting to hear stories of their lives, including how they just recently made a biblically-accurate angel tree topper for their Christmas tree! Boy, I’d like to see that!
After some fun desert portraits, we headed back into Vegas for their Jewish elopement ceremony at the Little White Chapel, officiated by the man, the myth, the legend himself: Elvis! We checked in, then popped across the street for a few fun portraits in front of everyone’s favorite “STRIPPERS” sign before getting the ceremony started.
A personal detail I loved was the yamaka Will brought along from his parents’ wedding in 1971. Bringing a memento is a wonderful way to stay connected to your roots as you embark on this new journey together. Do you have one in mind?
To round out the night, we boogied around Fremont Street, popping champagne and enjoying each other’s company. And before you read any further, peep the HILARIOUS marquee sign on Fremont Street that Amy and Will struck a pose in front of!
You know, the end of every session might just be my favorite! We’ve gotten all the initial awkwardness out of the way, waltzed through the stressful part of the ceremony, and now you’re focused only on celebrating your love and future lives together. That means all your photos will be chock-full of smiles and laughter and straight-up love! I love to see it!
If you’re planning a Las Vegas elopement, hit me up! I promise we’ll have a fantastic time and capture genuinely fun memories!
